No API credentials required
You do not need to register an application or obtain a Telegram API ID and API hash. This removes a common setup step and reduces the number of developer credentials users have to store.

Batch download, date and keyword filters, automatic monitoring, queue recovery, and multi-account switching are part of the desktop workflow. They are intended for archives and repeat tasks that are tedious one file at a time.
Clear security boundaries
TG Downloader never asks for your Telegram password, login verification code, API hash, or session files outside the normal sign-in flow. Only download content you are allowed to access, and follow Telegram's terms and local law.
