Membership Plans and Points

Understand daily points, free and expired account limits, and the exact benefits of Promo, Trial, Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime plans.

Points are the download quota for free or expired users. They are charged only when a manual download completes a file. Trial and paid members see Points: Unlimited in the bottom-left account card.

How charging works

  • Only completed files are charged; skipped, failed and cancelled files are not.
  • The quota refills daily and does not accumulate.
  • The balance is checked before a download starts.
  • Batch Download and Auto Monitor are Pro features and do not add per-file charges.

  • Bottom-left account card: user name, tier and remaining points.
  • Settings → License: detailed status and expiry date.

Bound devices and Concurrent devices are not the same thing. The actual limit is the concurrent-device count.
